Creative and digital skills for real-world impact
We focus on two priorities: expanding access to Technical and Vocational Education and Training, and equipping people with practical creative and digital skills that lead to real outcomes.
Notable clients we have worked with
It started in
one room.
Eleven years later we write national curricula. The path between those two things was not straight, and the most important thing that happened on it was giving something up.
Founded as a social enterprise
The Good Designers started with a simple belief: creative and digital skills should be within reach of people who would never call themselves creative.
Corporate clients who trusted us
Banks, insurers, statutory boards and universities brought us in to train their teams, and kept coming back. Our workshops became credit-eligible, which opened them up to far more people.
We gave up the label, not the work
We chose not to renew our membership with raiSE. The structure changed, and so did the people we were serving. What we set out to do did not.
That corporate work funds everything else we do.
Giving back, further afield
Volunteering with youth programmes in Singapore, Thailand and Micronesia, donating laptops, and writing national TVET curricula for high schools in the Federated States of Micronesia.
Building what comes next
We write new curricula every year, because the skills that matter keep moving. Our job is to stay ahead of that, so the people we teach are prepared for the work that is coming, not the work that has been.
What we believe
We believe creativity should do more than inspire. It should equip people with skills, build confidence and open doors to new opportunities.
From workshops to
national curricula.
The Good Designers started with practical design and digital skills training — hands-on workshops where people learned by making, doing and applying.
Over the years, that work grew beyond workshops into corporate training, community programmes, teacher development and curriculum design. Today, we work across Singapore and the wider region, from community classrooms with OnePA to national TVET curricula in the Pacific.

Where we work

- Digital content creation
- Social media & digital skills
- Presentation & storytelling
- TVET curriculum design
- Teacher capacity building
- Youth & entrepreneurship programmes
Practitioners, not just instructors
Everyone who teaches for us still works in the field they teach. That is what keeps the examples real, and the answers honest when someone asks what you would actually do.
