Arrange a conversation

No obligation. We will tell you honestly if coaching is not the right answer.

Why privately

A workshop is the wrong room for some people.

Senior people often cannot bring their real material into a group. The board paper is confidential, the investment case is not public, the numbers are not shareable. So they attend a workshop, work on a sample deck, and go home with a method they never quite apply to the thing that actually mattered.

Coaching removes that gap entirely. We work on the real document, at whatever stage it is in, and you leave each session with it further along — not with homework.

It is also, frankly, faster. Four hours of undivided attention covers more ground than two days in a room of twenty.

What we coach

It is not only presentations.

Most people arrive asking about a specific deck. Many stay for the rest — the tools, the visual thinking, the ability to produce their own material without waiting on anybody.

Business storytelling

Find the one thing the room has to leave believing, and build everything else behind it. For board papers, investment cases, keynotes and the conversations that decide a year.

Business presentations

Structure, slide design and delivery on your own live material — the deck you are actually presenting next month, not a training exercise.

Canva, properly

Enough command of the tool to produce your own material quickly, without waiting on anyone. Most senior people want speed, not a design career.

AI for visuals and graphics

The AI tools that genuinely save time on slides, charts and images — and the judgement to know what to publish and what to throw away.

Visual communication

Turning dense information — data, processes, comparisons — into something a busy audience reads in seconds.

Or anything else we teach

Every programme in our catalogue can be taken privately. If you have seen a course of ours and wanted it without the classroom, that is this.

How an engagement runs

Four sessions, or eight.

Both run at three to four hours a session. The difference is whether you are fixing one thing or changing how you work.

4
sessions

The focused engagement

One capability, taken seriously. Most people arrive with a specific thing they need to be better at by a specific date.

  • A scoping conversation before the first session
  • Four sessions of three to four hours
  • Work on your own live material throughout
  • Notes and reusable templates after each session
Typically run over four to eight weeks.
8
sessions

The full engagement

A working method rather than a single skill. For leaders who present constantly and want the whole thing to get easier, permanently.

  • Everything in the four-session engagement
  • Two or three subjects, sequenced deliberately
  • Your EA or chief of staff can join the working sessions
  • A rehearsal session before each major presentation
  • Between-session review of drafts by email
Typically run over three to six months.
Bring your EA

The person who builds the deck should be in the room.

A good number of our clients learn alongside their executive assistant or chief of staff, and it is usually the better arrangement. You decide what the presentation has to do; they build it. If only one of you is in the session, the other is working from a summary.

There is no extra charge for a second person in a 1-to-1 engagement. It is one engagement, with two people who work together.

Why it works
  • Your EA leaves able to build it, not just format it
  • You stop re-explaining the same preferences every quarter
  • Turnaround on the next deck is measured in hours
  • The standard holds even when you are travelling
The practical part

Discretion, timing and fees.

Scheduled around you

Your office, ours, or online. Early mornings and evenings are normal, and we would rather move a session than have you arrive unprepared.

Strictly confidential

We work on the real board paper, the real investment case, the real numbers. Nothing leaves the room and nothing becomes a case study.

Quoted per engagement

After a short conversation about what you need and by when. No public rate card, because no two engagements are the same shape.

Next step

Tell us what is coming, and when.

A board date, a raise, a keynote, or simply that you are tired of how long your decks take. Twenty minutes on a call is usually enough for us to say whether this will help.
